I switched from Four Sigmatic to Primal Herb for my Cordyceps and feel like Primal Herb's is more potent. The taste is a bit different but I prefer the effects. They focus more on just the extracts rather than blended coffees.

Primal Herb feels more 'pure' to me, if that makes sense. Like, Four Sigmatic is good for convenience but Primal Herb's stuff seems to be more concentrated on the actual benefits of the mushroom itself. I think they use different extraction methods too which might play a role.
